Are you a warm and organised individual who enjoys helping people? Join our growing physiotherapy clinic in Maroubra that specialises in mobility, balance, and chronic pain management. We're looking for a dedicated Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and support our clinical team.

About the Role

- Greet patients and manage bookings with warmth and professionalism

- Answer phone and email enquiries

- Manage daily clinic operations, appointments, and billing

- Liaise with physiotherapists and allied health staff

- Assist with NDIS and Medicare paperwork as needed

- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area





What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

- Confident with computer systems (experience with Halaxy or similar software is a bonus)

- Previous receptionist or admin experience in a health setting preferred but not essential

- Friendly, proactive, and reliable attitude

- Available to work part-time or full-time, including afternoons and occasional Saturdays
