Investment Analyst | Real Estate Private Equity

We are partnering with an established real estate private equity platform to appoint an Investment Analyst to join its Sydney-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing investment platform, gaining exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, asset management, portfolio strategy and investment execution.

Working closely with senior investment professionals, the successful candidate will play an integral role in analysing investment opportunities, monitoring portfolio performance and supporting strategic decision-making across a diverse real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Undertake detailed financial modelling, investment analysis and due diligence on prospective real estate investment opportunities.
- Support the preparation of investment committee papers, presentations and transaction recommendations.
- Monitor and analyse asset and portfolio performance, including financial reporting, forecasting and business plan execution.
- Assist with the assessment and implementation of asset management initiatives to drive investment returns.
- Conduct market research,



benchmarking and analysis to support investment and portfolio strategies.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external advisers across acquisitions, asset management and broader investment activities.

About You:

- Circa 2–5 years' experience within real estate investment management, private equity, funds management, investment banking, corporate finance or a related advisory environment.
- Solid financial modelling, analytical and Excel capabilities.
- Sound commercial acumen and an understanding of real estate investment fundamentals.
- Experience preparing investment analysis, presentations and financial reports.
