We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our vibrant team as an Analyst. This role would be suitable for an entry level individual or insurance broker in the first years of their career.

About the Role

At Willis Temby, an Analyst plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of our business, working closely with brokers to ensure high quality client service, maintain internal organisation and ensure the effective management of client portfolios from enquiry through to renewal. We provide comprehensive training on introductory insurance policies and claims management, allowing you to apply your knowledge directly in real client scenarios. Beyond internal job responsibilities and client liaison, our team actively maintains strong connections within the insurance industry, to support and enhance the services we deliver.

These connections help us to provide informed, timely and effective solutions for or clients.

Full time availability is preferable, though not essential. For the right person, we can offer attractive salary packages and internal growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on experience level, key responsibilities could include:

- Customer service; directing calls and providing assistance where possible.
- Engaging with clients regarding upcoming insurance renewals.
- Supporting brokers in their outstanding tasks, where applicable.
- Relationship-building with insurers and external partners as required.
- Assisting with general office administration, including document preparation, scanning and data entry.

Skills & Experience

- Proficiency in Office 365, including Word and Excel.




- Basic data entry level proficiency in Excel is required for this position.
- Confidence using a phone with a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong communication skills, including attentive listening and clear written communication.
- A genuine passion to deliver excellent service.
- No prior insurance experience required - finding the right cultural and team fit is most important to us, full training can be provided.
- Australian work rights are required for this position.
