We’re on the lookout for a confident, motivated, and people-focused leader to join our West Region team as Club Manager.

? About the Role

As Club Manager, you’ll be the face of the club — driving results, creating a welcoming space for members, and leading with positivity and purpose. Your day-to-day will include:

- Managing all club operations, sales performance & member experience
- Leading and mentoring a small team of casuals or PTs
- Creating engaging local content (think stories, reels, interviews)
- Running community outreach and pre-sale activations
- Hitting KPIs with authenticity and passion
