ABOUT THE POSITION.

Immediate start position with a strong possibility of turning into a permanent role. This Architect role offers real autonomy and freedom to work on design and/or delivery of both small and large-scale Class 2 Multi-Residential projects, while being well supported by a strong team. You will set the standard for high-quality documentation packages, mentor juniors, coordinate complex consultants, and liaise with clients.

DUTIES.

- Support the project design and/or delivery of a range of Multi-Residential projects
- Oversee construction documentation packages, ensuring alignment with Australian Building Codes and ADG
- Attend on-site meetings, liaise with builders, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Independently liaise and manage a range of clients

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Strong competency in Revit
- Experience in construction of Class 2 residential projects
- Demonstrates an expertise in consultant coordination, managing client relationships and providing effective team leadership
