BNAH | Women’s Fashion Retail

BNAH is a growing Australian fashion brand with a strong and loyal customer community. As we continue to expand our retail footprint, we’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Area Manager to lead our Sydney store network.

Reporting to the Head of Retail, this is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving sales, developing Store Managers and ensuring every BNAH store delivers a consistently high standard of customer experience and execution.

The Role- As Area Manager, you will:

- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers across our Sydney locations

- Drive sales performance and deliver store budgets and KPIs

- Manage wage productivity, rostering and overall store profitability

- Regularly visit stores and maintain a robust presence on the shop floor

- Ensure exceptional customer service and consistent brand standards

- Develop high-performing teams and build a strong leadership pipeline

- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and succession

planning
- Drive VM, product presentation and promotional execution across stores

- Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to improve results

- Partner closely with the Head of Retail and Head Office teams

- Support new store openings and the continued growth of the BNAH network

About You- You’ll ideally bring:





- 3+ years’ experience in an Area Manager, Multi-Site Manager or senior retail

leadership role
- Fashion retail experience strongly preferred
- A proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance

- Strong commercial understanding of sales, wages, conversion and KPIs

- Excellent people leadership and coaching capability

- High standards around customer experience and store presentation
- The confidence to hold teams accountable while creating a positive culture

- Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work in a fast-moving and growing retail environment

A current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel across Sydney stores
