About the Role

Based at our Melbourne Sales Branch, you will be responsible for servicing both on-premise and off-premise venues in the CBD & Inner City suburbs, achieving budgeted sales targets and driving sales and profit growth through effective selling, merchandising, planning and organisation. As the face of De Bortoli Wines in your territory, you will build and nurture robust customer relationships, strengthen our market presence and identify opportunities for growth through strategic planning, effective merchandising and local market insights.

About You

You are a motivated and enthusiastic sales professional with strong FMCG experience and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You can work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team,



manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

You will ideally bring:

- Demonstrated experience in FMCG sales
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management abilities
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Essential product and market knowledge within the wine industry
