An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious Assistant Business Development Manager to join a boutique real estate office on the Gold Coast.

Known for its amazing culture, supportive team and hands-on leadership, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a passion for property and wants to develop their career with a clear pathway to becoming a Business Development Manager.

You’ll work closely with an experienced BDM, learning the ropes, building your confidence and helping grow the rent roll, with the chance to progress into a full BDM role.

The Role

- Assist with generating new business and growing the rent roll.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, investors and prospective clients.
- Conduct rental appraisals and assist with preparing property management proposals.
- Follow up on leads, enquiries and prospective clients.
- Support listing presentations, landlord meetings and new management sign-ups.
- Assist with prospecting, networking and local market research.
- Work closely with the property management team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Learn proven business development strategies with the support of an experienced BDM.

About You

- Experience in real estate,



property management or business development.
- A confident communicator who enjoys meeting people and building relationships.
- Ambitious, motivated and keen to develop a career in business development.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage follow-ups and leads.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed.
- Current QLD real estate registration or licence, as required for the duties of the role.
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
