About the Role

We are inviting expressions of interest for an Assistant Program Officer to join the Energy Transition and Expanding Jurisdictions team. Reporting to the Expanding Jurisdictions Lead, you will support project coordination and stakeholder and member engagement, helping EWON roll out new business areas.

This is a fixed-term position until 30 June 2027, with the possibility of extension.

Key Accountabilities

- Coordinate project plans, track milestones and help maintain risk and stakeholder registers.
- Provide secretariat support to working groups and advisory groups, including agendas, minutes and action follow-ups.
- Assist with project reports for the Executive, Board and grant funding requirements, and prepare internal project updates.
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and work with the Members and Community Outreach teams to support current member onboarding and outreach.




- Help map complaint referral pathways and prepare internal resources with Knowledge Management, Learning & Capability and Dispute Resolution.
- Support the documentation of membership processes, internal policies and procedures, and assist other teams during peak periods.
