Nexus Recruitment is currently recruiting a motivated, organised and reliable Leasing Assistant / Assistant Property Manager to join a busy and supportive real estate team in Brisbane!

? Location: Brisbane, QLD

? Salary: $55,000–$70,000 per year (depending on experience)

? Benefits: Company vehicle + mobile phone

? Working Days: Monday to Thursday + Saturday

? Days Off: Friday and Sunday

? Employment: Full-time

?? Eligibility: Australian citizens and permanent residents onl y

? About the Rol e

This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys being out of the office, meeting people and working in the property industry

.

Main Responsibilities

:

- Conduct open homes and private property inspections

.* Coordinate leasing enquiries, bookings and follow-ups

.* Complete routine inspections and property condition reports

.* Prepare entry and exit condition reports

.* Communicate with tenants, landlords and contractors

.* Support Property Managers with daily operations

.

✅ What We’re Looking For

:





- Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred

.* Experience with PropertyMe, IRI and Inspection Express is highly desirable

.* Excellent communication and organisational skills

.* Strong attention to detail

.* Ability to work independently and manage appointments

.* Current driver’s licence

.* Queensland real estate registration or eligibility to obtain it

.* Australian citizenship or permanent residency
