Your Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll work alongside the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily Front of House operations, maintain service standards and support your team. You’ll remain hands-on during service, helping create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Where you’ll make an impact
Support the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the Front of House team
Coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain explicit communication
Deliver attentive, professional service suited to your venue
Assist with staff onboarding, training and ongoing development
Maintain health, safety and food hygiene standards
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
Build a positive team culture through clear communication and leading by example
About You
You’re an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys bringing out the best in a team. You’re confident on the floor, calm under pressure and committed to delivering great service.
To be successful, you will need:
Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant, hotel or resort A strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
Flexibility to work wide-ranging shifts, including weekends and evenings A passion for guest service and developing your team A Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar qualification is preferred
