Supporting the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, leading your team, and delivering an elevated, personalised client experience.

- Support and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors

- Deliver elevated client experiences through personalised styling and service

- Drive sales performance through client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling

- Maintain exceptional store presentation in line with Oroton’s visual standards

- Support daily operations, including rostering, stock flow and customer experience

- Partner with your Store Manager and wider leadership team to deliver store initiatives

- Advanced clienteling skills and attention to detail
