/n We’re searching for an experienced Assistant Store Manager who thrives in a target-driven setting and knows how to turn great customer interactions into strong sales results./n

/n

/n Working across the Campbelltown and Penrith locations, you’ll play a key role in supporting a small, high-performing team while helping drive individual and store-wide performance./n

/n

/n The Opportunity/n

/n /n

- Drive sales performance across both Campbelltown and Penrith locations

/n

- Build strong customer relationships and deliver a personalised, consultative sales experience

/n

- Lead from the floor and set the standard for customer service and sales performance

/n

- Coach and motivate a small team to achieve individual and store targets

/n

- Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve sales results

/n

- Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and team performance

/n

- Maintain strong showroom presentation and customer experience standards

/n

- Work across both locations, typically spending 2–3 days at each store

/n

- Contribute to a high-performing and accountable sales culture

/n /n About You:/n

/n /n

- Previous Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager,



2IC or senior sales experience

/n

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs

/n

- Strong customer approach with the ability to build rapport and confidently close sales

/n

- Commercially minded and motivated by performance

/n

- Confident coaching and developing a small team

/n

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

/n

- Hands-on leader who enjoys being on the sales floor

/n

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

/n

- Flexible to work across both Campbelltown and Penrith

/n

- Available to work both weekend days

- $65,000 + Super
