We're looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Audiobook Production Coordinator to join our Melbourne production team.

This is an opportunity to combine your love of books, eye for visual detail and exceptional organisational skills in a fast-paced, international publishing environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll coordinate the development, quality control and delivery of audiobook cover artwork, publishing assets and metadata across our extensive catalogue.

Working closely with designers and the wider production team, you'll manage artwork briefs, track progress, review completed assets and ensure everything meets Bolinda's publishing standards and production deadlines.

You'll be responsible for making sure the right artwork is delivered, in the right format, with the right information, at the right time.

This is a hands-on coordination role requiring exceptional accuracy, strong communication skills and the ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously.

What You'll Do

- Artwork Coordination: Liaise with designers, coordinate artwork briefs, manage revisions and ensure cover artwork is delivered on schedule.
- Artwork Quality Control: Review completed covers for accuracy, consistency, correct branding, typography, layout and technical specifications.
- Publishing & Metadata Accuracy: Proofread cover copy, author names, narrator credits and publishing metadata, ensuring information is complete and consistent.
- Physical & Digital Formats: Coordinate artwork requirements for digital audiobooks, CDs and associated packaging.
- Production Workflow Management: Track multiple projects, manage deadlines, identify outstanding requirements and follow up to keep production moving.
- File & Asset Management: Maintain accurate records,



organised artwork files and production documentation.
- Team Support: Work collaboratively across production, proactively supporting changing priorities and ensuring continuity of workflow.

What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who loves organisation, notices the smallest details and takes pride in delivering exceptional work.

You'll ideally demonstrate

- Outstanding attention to detail, spelling, grammar and proofreading skills.
- Exceptional organisational ability and confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong visual awareness, including an understanding of layout, typography and brand consistency.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work effectively with designers and production colleagues.
- A methodical, process-driven approach to managing workflows and information.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Initiative, accountability and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- A genuine interest in books, audiobooks and publishing.

Experience in publishing, creative production, artwork coordination or a similar deadline-driven environment would be highly regarded. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop would be advantageous but is not essential. This is not a graphic design position.

A relevant tertiary qualification is welcome but not required.
