We are recruiting Immigration Lawyers and Registered Migration Agents with at least 2 years’ experience, particularly in employer-sponsored visas.

The opportunity

You will manage employer-sponsored visa matters, build client relationships and help businesses navigate Australian immigration requirements. Depending on your experience and interests, there may also be opportunities to work across other areas of the practice.

About you

You are an Australian legal practitioner or registered migration agent with at least 2 years’ immigration experience and a strong grounding in employer-sponsored visas.

You can

- Manage visa applications from initial advice through preparation, lodgement and decision.
- Apply immigration law accurately and recognise when a matter needs further analysis or escalation.
- Communicate clearly and build trusted client relationships.
- Manage deadlines, competing priorities and financial targets.
- Work independently while contributing to the wider team.
- Embrace and use technology confidently and approach new ways of working with curiosity and sound judgement.
