B2B Relationships Manager - Essential Safety Measures

Melbourne - North East Company:

A well-established essential safety services provider is looking to appoint a B2B Relationships Manager to look after its contracted and recurring clients across a diverse building portfolio.

They are looking for someone with a robust background in ESM compliance and B2B account management who is confident pricing complex portfolios, responding to tenders and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored service solutions to clients.

Position:

- Managing relationships across contracted and recurring client portfolios, including renewals
- Acting as the main point of contact for complex enquiries relating to ESM and building codes
- Defining client SLA, reporting, billing and communication requirements
- Preparing and submitting formal tender responses (RFPs/RFQs) from start to finish
- Pricing complex multi-asset building portfolios based on compliance requirements
- Building competitive proposals and presenting to prospective and existing clients
- Training and mentoring internal staff on pricing,



scope estimation and quoting
- Working with Business Development and admin teams to onboard new business smoothly

You:

- Strong background in B2B account or relationship management
- Experience within the essential safety measures or fire protection industry
- Solid understanding of building classifications and ESM compliance standards
- Proven track record in portfolio pricing, proposal writing and tender preparation
- Confident presenter and negotiator with the ability to train and lead others
