Crois is looking for a part-time baker to join our small team.

Recently awarded Gold at the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show and named Best Croissant in NSW, Crois is a small independent bakery focused on high-quality pastry, bread and viennoiserie.

We’re looking for someone with commercial baking and/or pastry experience who is comfortable working independently and following recipes and procedures accurately.

The role will include

- Mixing and preparing doughs
- Preparing our daily pastries
- Making pastry fillings and components
- General bakery prep and production

Experience with laminated dough is a big bonus, but not essential for someone with a positive foundation and willingness to learn. Early starts from 5:30am.

Part-time hours, with days/hours to be discussed.

Pay dependent on experience.

Based at Crois, Wollongong CBD.
