Job Title: Experienced Baker – Part-Time

Soulte Commercial is looking for an experienced part-time Baker to join our production team at our Penrith warehouse.

We are looking for someone with strong bakery experience who can consistently produce high-quality products and work efficiently within a commercial production environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a range of breads and bakery products
- Produce pastries, croissants, danishes and focaccias
- Prepare savoury bakery items
- Follow recipes and production standards consistently
- Maintain quality, presentation and portion consistency
- Assist with preparation and production planning
- Monitor stock and ingredients required for production
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
- Work collaboratively with the wider production team




- Assist with developing and suggesting new bakery products and menu items when required

Requirements

- Previous professional baking experience is required
- Experience working in a commercial bakery or production environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of breads, pastries, croissants, danishes and focaccias
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid attention to detail and consistency
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
- Reliable, organised and able to manage production timelines
- Flexibility with working hours, including early morning shifts where required
