With an established gaming room and a busy late-night trade, Coco's offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic hospitality team in one of Sydney's standout coastal precincts.

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused and enthusiastic Gaming Attendant to join the team at Coco's on the Beach.

In this role, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the gaming room and its bar, providing friendly and professional service while maintaining high standards of presentation, compliance and responsible gaming practices.

You'll be a visible presence on the floor, engaging with guests, monitoring the gaming area and responding to enquiries or issues as they arise, while assisting with drinks service. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a keen eye for detail and understands the importance of creating a safe, welcoming and responsible gaming environment.

This role requires flexibility across a seven-day roster, including evenings, weekends, public holidays and late-night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver friendly, professional and attentive service to guests within the gaming room
- Monitor gaming room operations and ensure the area remains clean, organised and well-presented
- Assist guests with gaming-related enquiries and provide information about venue facilities and services
- Monitor gaming equipment and report faults or maintenance issues promptly
- Follow all relevant gaming regulations,



venue procedures and compliance requirements
- Promote responsible gambling practices and identify situations requiring appropriate intervention
- Maintain accurate records and complete required operational and compliance documentation
- Monitor the gaming area and ensure venue policies are followed
- Communicate effectively with the wider Coco's team and venue management
- Assist with the bar and general venue operations as required
- Contribute to a safe, welcoming and professional environment for all guests

About You:

- Previous experience as a Gaming Attendant or in a similar gaming, hospitality or customer service role is highly regarded
- Current NSW Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) competency
- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency
- Understanding of responsible gambling practices and relevant compliance requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A friendly, approachable and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented, with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to remain calm and professional in a busy environment
- Flexible availability across days, evenings, weekends, public holidays and late-night shifts

Pay: $34.96 – $69.93 per hour
