About the role

Odd Culture Group is looking for passionate and experienced Bar Managers and Cocktail Bartenders to join our venues across Sydney. From neighbourhood pubs and Italian osterias to late-night cocktail bars and live music destinations, our venues each have their own personality. We're looking for people who know their craft, bring great energy and genuinely care about creating memorable hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities

- Take ownership of day-to-day bar or venue operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train and develop the team, building a positive and accountable culture
- Maintain high standards across drinks, service, presentation and compliance
- Manage ordering, stock control, beverage GP, labour and operational costs
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and efficiency
- Work closely with venue management and the wider team to deliver great guest experiences
- Lead from the front, setting the standard for service, teamwork and hospitality
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails and beverages consistently




- Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
- Deliver warm, engaging and knowledgeable service to guests

About you

- Have previous experience in bartending, bar management or a similar hospitality role
- Take pride in your craft and genuinely enjoy hospitality
- Bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills and valuable energy
- Are organised, reliable and calm under pressure
- Understand the importance of consistency, cleanliness and attention to detail
- Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting those around you
- Have experience leading teams and managing operational performance
- Hold a current NSW RSA
