Big things are happening at the Trade Coast Hotel!

We're entering an exciting current chapter as we transition towards the next evolution of the iconic Pinkenba Hotel, with 38 brand-new apartments, a dedicated functions and events space, live music and a whole new level of guest experience.

And we're looking for some seriously good hospitality people to join the ride!

We've got a outstanding kitchen brigade, a hands-on management team, plenty of personality and a venue that's only getting better.

Now we need experienced Bar & Restaurant All-Rounders who know their way around a busy bar, can deliver great bistro service and genuinely enjoy making guests feel welcome.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Solid experience in both bar and restaurant service.
- A current Queensland RSA (essential) and RSG (preferred).
- Confidence behind the bar and on the restaurant floor.
- Great communication skills, a positive attitude and plenty of personality.
- Someone who can handle a busy service, think on their feet and still have a laugh.
- Flexibility to work across a seven-day hospitality roster, including evenings and weekends.
- A genuine passion for good food,



positive drinks and great customer experiences.

Pay: $32.31 – $45.02 per hour
