About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our café team at Sydney Outlet Village.

We want someone who takes pride in making high-quality coffee, has excellent customer service skills and can consistently deliver beautiful coffees with professional latte art.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages.
- Create professional latte art and maintain consistent coffee quality.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Keep the coffee station clean, organised and well presented.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.

About You




- Previous barista experience is essential.
- Strong espresso-making and milk-texturing skills.
- Confident latte art skills are essential.
- Friendly, reliable and well-presented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to work weekdays.
