Gradi Norwood is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team on The Parade.

With warmer evenings, summer dining and festive celebrations ahead, it’s a great time to bring your cocktail knowledge, creativity and personality behind our bar.

Required:

- 3–5 years of bartending experience in busy bars or restaurants
- Current RSA and South Australian Responsible Person (RP) accreditation
- Strong cocktail knowledge and experience creating cocktails
- Availability Friday, Saturday and Sunday, across day and evening shifts
- Flexibility across the roster and a professional, team-focused approach

Salary: Casual, Restaurant Industry Award – Food and Beverage Attendant Level 3, plus superannuation and applicable penalties

About the Role

You’ll prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages, bringing care and consistency to every order. From helping a guest choose their first drink to keeping orders moving during a full dinner service, you’ll play an important part in the dining experience.

Working closely with our front-of-house team, you’ll keep the bar stocked, organised and ready for service. Your cocktail knowledge and creativity will be valued as we head into the busy summer and holiday season.





This casual role requires availability across Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with day and evening shifts depending on the roster and restaurant demand.

- Confident cocktail preparation, with an understanding of balance, presentation and consistency
- Sound knowledge of spirits, wines and beers
- Friendly, attentive service and confidence making drink recommendations
- The ability to manage several orders while maintaining quality

- A reliable approach and willingness to support the wider restaurant team
