The Opportunity

Working as part of our Food & Beverage team, you will help deliver vibrant, memorable experiences for our guests and locals alike.

We are looking for someone who loves the energy of a busy bar, takes pride in their craft and enjoys sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm with others.

You Will

- Create memorable moments, welcoming guests with warmth, confidence and genuine personality
- Prepare and present quality cocktails, wines, spirits and beverages with creativity, consistency and attention to detail
- Share your knowledge and recommendations, helping guests discover new favourites and enjoy every visit
- Bring energy and individuality to the bar, contributing to an engaging and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness and organisation across the bar




- Collaborate with your colleagues to deliver seamless service, particularly during busy periods
- Embrace opportunities to learn, share ideas and contribute to an evolving beverage experience
- Promote responsible service while ensuring every guest feels valued and looked after

The Talent You are naturally engaging, curious about your craft and passionate about creating exceptional hospitality experiences.

You Will Bring

- Previous bartending experience within a quality hotel, restaurant or vibrant hospitality venue
- Confidence in preparing classic cocktails, mixed drinks and a broad range of beverages
- A genuine interest in spirits, wines, cocktail trends and the art of great service
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with guests from all walks of life
- A positive, energetic approach and the confidence to thrive in a busy service environment
- A keen eye for presentation, quality and the finer details
- A collaborative mindset, initiative and a willingness to support your team
- A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Most importantly, you bring personality, passion and pride in what you do. We value people who are interested in growing their knowledge, contributing fresh ideas and making every guest interaction count. For those on a current working holiday visa, we are seeking a minimum 6 month working commitment coupled with relevant experience in high end hospitality and a current QLD RSA.
