- Craft, serve and prep cocktails with precision and personality — from a classic Negroni to our signature house serves.
- Guide guests through our wine list — you know your varietals, and you love helping people find their new favourite drop.
- Bring genuine hospitality — warm greetings, great chat, and an instinct for when to engage or when to give space.
- Handle busy nights with calm energy and a smile — you thrive when the room is buzzing.
- Collaborate closely with the team to keep service flowing and standards consistently high.

The Candidate Has

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bar or restaurant setting.
- Solid cocktail knowledge and confidence in both classic and contemporary styles.
- Competent wine knowledge — you understand balance, body, and pairing moments.
- A team player with great communication and time management.
- Someone who loves people, good tunes, and making moments that stick.

Pay: $26.44 – $47.60 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 per week
