About the role

As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your expertise in crafting high-quality beverages, dedication to outstanding service, and creating memorable moments for our guests, is essential to our bar team.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard in line with recipes and venue guidelines

- Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to all guests

- Engage with guests to create a memorable experience and foster loyalty

- Set up and maintain the bar for service, including stocking and organizing supplies

- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations

- Process transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments securely

- Work collaboratively with the bar team and venue staff to ensure smooth operations

- Support colleagues during peak times and assist with tasks as needed

About you

- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred





- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, drink presentation, and bar operations is highly regarded

- Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or a willingness to obtain one

- Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

- Demonstrates professionalism, representing the venue's values with a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude

- Delivers high-quality drinks with precision and pride, maintaining strong attention to detail and a well-organised bar

- Remains calm and adaptable under pressure, responding effectively to the changing needs of service
