We are looking for an energetic, friendly and motivated Beauty Salon Supervisor to join us and help grow our team!

You will oversee daily operations of the salon, supervising staff and ensuring that all lash, brow and nail services are delivered to a consistently high professional standard. The role involves coordinating staff activities, managing appointments, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety and hygiene requirements, support and train our team, and help create a welcoming experience for every client.

? Skills in lash extensions, brow and lash services, nail services with builder gel and nail extensions are highly valued. Some training is able to provide if needed.

Skills and Experience Requirement

- Lash extensions, including lash mapping, styling, safe application, infills and removal
- Lash services, including lash lifts, lash dying
- Brow shaping, mapping, waxing, dying and brow lamination
- Nail services, including manicures, pedicure, cuticle care, nail shaping, builder gel, nail extensions, gel nail removal
- Previous experience supervising beauty technicians, coordinating daily salon operations and maintaining professional service standards




- Ability to provide practical guidance, technical training and quality control for junior staff
- Sound knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, infection prevention, secure product handling and workplace health and safety requirements
- Strong communication, organisation, leadership and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain consistent service quality across lash, brow and nail treatments

Key responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of lash, brow and nail technicians and junior staff
- Allocate duties and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate service coverage and efficient salon operations
- Monitor staff performance, punctuality, professionalism and adherence to salon policies and procedures
- Provide guidance, practical support and on-the-job training to junior staff and trainees
- Ensure staff follow established treatment procedures, service standards and customer service expectations
- Assist with staff onboarding, training and performance feedback
- Address workplace issues and escalate significant concerns to salon management when required
- Ensure all lash, brow and nail treatments are performed professionally, safely and consistently with salon standards
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve service-related concerns promptly and professionally
- Oversee daily salon activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
