Your new role
This is more thana traditional reception position. As the face of the business, you'll play akey role in creating a seamless experience for clients, visitors and internalstakeholders alike.
Yourresponsibilities will include:

- Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Managing a polished front-of-house environment
- Coordinating meeting rooms and preparing spaces for client appointments
- Handling incoming calls, emails and deliveries
- Providing administrative support across the wider team
- Assisting with office coordination and day-to-day operations
- Ensuring every client interaction reflects a high standard of service and professionalism

What you'll need to succeed
To be successfulin this role, you will bring:

- Previous reception,



front-of-house or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams
- A professional presentation and client-focused mindset
