The Role

As a contractor, you’ll work on a project basis, supporting clients with:

- Writing and editing tender responses that are explicit, persuasive, and compliant;

- Managing timelines and deliverables, alongside SMEs;

- Reviewing documents for compliance, tone, and overall quality;

- Optimising readability through the use of graphics and formatting; and

- Supporting templates, bid libraries, and process improvements.

About You

- Strong organisation, communication and time management skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.





- Knowledge of government or private sector procurement processes is highly valued.

- Pride in producing high-quality work on deadline.

- Experience with State or Federal tenders and procurement processes a bonus.
