Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing activities across a diverse portfolio.

- Prepare invoices, reconciliations, and resolve billing-related queries.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth billing processes and a positive customer experience.
- Review work-in-progress, assist with reporting, and support revenue management activities.
- Monitor billing accuracy and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiencies.
- Assist with complex billing arrangements, system administration, and ad hoc finance tasks as required.

About

You - Previous experience in billing, revenue,



accounts receivable, finance administration, or a similar role.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders and resolving issues effectively.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using ERP, finance, or billing systems would be highly regarded.
- Experience within professional services, legal, consulting, accounting, healthcare, or other complex environments is advantageous but not essential.
