Hodgkison is seeking an experienced BIM/Revit Documenter to support the documentation and delivery of multiple significant projects across Adelaide.

This opportunity offers the chance to work within an established BIM Execution Plan , contributing to the development of complex, high-quality building models while collaborating with a highly skilled architectural and engineering team.

About the Role

As a BIM/Revit Documenter, you will:

- Prepare and manage project documentation using Revit.
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models in accordance with project BIM Execution Plans.
- Work closely with architects, consultants and engineers to coordinate design information.
- Support the delivery of high-quality project documentation across multiple developments.
- Contribute to model coordination,



clash detection and documentation standards.

What We Are Looking For

- Demonstrated experience in BIM modelling and Revit documentation.
- Strong understanding of architectural documentation processes.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
