BLUE COLLAR RECRUITER

Start: Immediate/ASAP

Duration: Temp to Perm or PERM

Hours: Full Time (Mon-Fri)

Location: CBD, Kewdale, Belmont & Rivervale (multiple roles)

Rate: $55-65 per hour (Casual rate - depending on experience)

The Role:

Working in a close-knit team, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation of blue collar roles, while collaborating with Project Managers, Hiring Managers, Workforce & Planning teams and internal stakeholders to meet workforce requirements.

Essential Requirements:





- Proven background of success recruiting blue collar roles for projects and shutdowns
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume blue-collar recruitment
- Adept at placing adverts, phone screening applicants and conducting interviews
- Experience coordinating medicals, inductions and training
- Adept at gathering compliance documents and reference checks
- Proven ability to juggle multiple and conflicting tasks with no impact to accuracy, quality or service
- Excellent stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills
- FULL Australian Working Rights
