/n You’ll lead from the front, guiding a talented team to deliver exceptional bridal styling appointments while driving strong commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set the standard, elevate the customer experience and ensure every bride’s journey is seamless, memorable and magical./n

About You
/n
/n You’re not just a Boutique Manager… you’re a people-first leader with a robust commercial edge./n
/n /n
- Proven experience leading retail teams and achieving sales targets and KPIs
/n
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Store Manager role within retail, bridal, or premium/luxury fashion
/n
- A natural coach who enjoys developing others and building team confidence
/n
- Emotionally intelligent, with a genuine passion for customer experience
/n
- Strong sense of style with an eye for detail and presentation
/n
- Confident, driven and motivated by both people and performance
/n
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple systems and priorities
