Travellers Autobarn is a global campervan rental brand born in Australia, now operating across New Zealand, Japan, and the USA.

We're looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Sydney operation, build a strong team culture, and run the branch like it's their own business.

This is not a desk job. It's hands-on, rapid-paced, and customer-focused. You'll be leading a small team, managing a fleet of campervans, solving problems, and ensuring the branch runs like clockwork.

We'll provide training, support, and the tools to succeed. But we're looking for someone who brings the drive, initiative, and leadership.

- You're mechanically confident. You're comfortable with tools, troubleshooting problems, and carrying out practical repairs.

What You'll Do

- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our Sydney branch.

- Lead, train, and develop a small team.

- Ensure our campervan fleet is safe, clean, maintained, and ready for the road.

- Carry out practical campervan repairs, including 12V systems, cabinetry, windows, and appliance fittings, within your skills and training.

- Coordinate mechanical repairs, servicing, tyres, windscreens, and panel work.

- Deliver excellent customer service and solve problems as they arise.

- Manage branch KPIs, maintenance records,



suppliers, and operating expenses.

- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

- Drive sales of insurance, optional extras, and campervans.

What You Bring

Must-haves:

- Full Australian working rights.

- A valid driver's licence.

- Strong practical, mechanical, or handyman skills.

- Confidence leading people and taking responsibility.

- Good communication and organisational skills.

- Comfort using computers, apps, and administration systems.

- A genuine interest in committing to the role and growing with the business.

Bonus points for:

- Experience in automotive, campervans, rentals, tourism, or hospitality.

- Previous supervisory or management experience.

- Skills in 12V electrical systems, cabinetry, or vehicle repairs.

- A passion for travel, adventure, and life on the road.

- $75,000 base salary + superannuation.

- Uncapped monthly commission on insurance, add-ons, and vehicle sales.

- $500 monthly performance bonus (subject to KPIs).

- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000+, including performance incentives and commissions.
