We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to join our team at Kununurra Toyota, part of Heath Motor Group.

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the dealership, including Vehicle Sales, Parts, Service and Administration.

This is a key leadership position, responsible for driving dealership performance, developing a strong and motivated team, and building lasting relationships with both new and existing customers throughout the East Kimberley region.

About You

We are seeking a customer-focused, hands-on leader, preferably with experience in the automotive industry, who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and achieving business results.

The successful candidate will be approachable, proactive and confident in leading a team, while being willing to roll up their sleeves and assist wherever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dealership across all departments.

- Achieve sales, profitability and operational targets set by the company.

- Provide clear direction and leadership to ensure staff understand and work towards business objectives.

- Lead, mentor and develop employees to achieve strong individual and team performance.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers and manufacturer representatives.

- Identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvements.

- Maintain high standards of customer service across all dealership departments.





- Ensure workplace health, safety and wellbeing policies and procedures are consistently followed.

- Promote a positive, professional and supportive workplace culture.

Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will possess:

- A minimum of five years' experience in a management role, preferably within the automotive industry.

- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving abilities.

- A professional presentation and a customer-focused approach.

- Proven ability to manage operational performance and achieve business targets.

- Experience building relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and key stakeholders.

- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy dealership environment.

- A practical, hands-on approach to leadership.
