Build something you’re proud of. /n /n We’re a privately owned leading 4WD accessory retail outlet and Tyrepower store, known for quality products, expert advice, and outstanding customer service. /n /n We’re on the hunt for an experienced Branch Manager to take full ownership of our store operations and lead a high-performing team at our Moorooka location on Brisbane Southside. /n /n This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who understands mechanical, tyres, loves the 4WD and automotive space, and knows how to turn great customer experiences into strong commercial results. /n /n About the Role /n /n As Branch Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including sales, team leadership, customer experience, and day-to-day operations.

You’ll lead from the front, set the standard, and ensure the store runs safely, efficiently, and profitably. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales, service, and workshop staff /n /n Drive sales growth across our passenger and commercial tyres with the power of Tyrepower /n /n Drive sales growth across 4WD accessories, tyres, and mechanical services /n /n Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships /n /n Manage stock control, merchandising, and supplier relationships /n /n Oversee rostering, payroll, and performance management /n /n Ensure compliance with WHS, company policies, and operational standards /n /n Monitor KPIs, budgets,
