We are seeking a driven Breakfast Cook to play a key role within our culinary team. This position is ideal for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in quality and consistency, and is passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will be entrusted with leading breakfast service, maintaining exceptional standards across the kitchen, and contributing to a culture of professionalism, creativity, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the breakfast pass with confidence and efficiency
- Prepare and present breakfast and pastry offerings to the highest standard
- Ensure exceptional quality control, consistency, and presentation across all dishes
- Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Assist with training and mentoring junior team members
- Maintain impeccable food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards

About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a qualified kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of breakfast service and high-volume operations

- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure
