FORM is a busy specialty cafe at 1 Eagle St in the heart of Brisbane City. We're after a reliable, fast-moving cook to run our breakfast and sandwich section.
The role
- Monday to Friday, 6am to 12pm. No nights and no weekends.
- Cook breakfast to order and prep and build sandwiches, toasties and grab-and-go food for the morning rush.
- Open the kitchen, handle prep and stock rotation, and keep the kitchen clean and food-safe.
About you
- At least 1 to 2 years' experience on a cafe line or in a breakfast kitchen.
- Quick and consistent under pressure, with a high standard of presentation.
- A solid grasp of food safety. A Food Safety Supervisor certificate is a bonus.
- Reliable with early starts, and full working rights in Australia.
