- Configure and manage outbound campaigns using Pega CDH.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies and customer targeting rules.
- Create customer journeys and cross channel marketing programs.
- Support campaign execution through web, email, SMS, mobile, and contact center channels.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Gather and Analyze marketing and customer engagement requirements.
- Conduct workshops with business users and marketing teams.
- Translate business objectives into decisioning frameworks and campaign designs.
- Recommend best practices for customer engagement and personalization.
