Business Analysts – Superannuation & Wealth (All Levels)

Location: Melbourne or Sydney

As our client portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for Business Analysts across all levels who combine strong business analysis capability with experience in the superannuation and wealth sector.

Ideally experience in : advice, member experience, digital transformation, insurance in super, regulatory change, you'll have the prospect to work on complex, high-profile initiatives that shape the future of the industry.

In this role, you will:

- Partner with clients to understand business challenges and define practical, customer-centric solutions.
- Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business, technology and delivery stakeholders.
- Analyse current and future-state processes, operating models and customer journeys.
- Produce high-quality artefacts including process maps, user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria and impact assessments.
- Support the delivery of regulatory, digital and business transformation initiatives.
- Work across a variety of domains including member services, advice, insurance, operations, digital platforms and wealth management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

We're looking for experience in one or more of the following:

- Superannuation or wealth management.




- Financial advice and adviser platforms.
- Insurance in Super.
- Member administration and operations.
- Digital channels and customer experience (CX).
- CRM, workflow and business process improvement.
- Regulatory change and compliance initiatives.
- Business transformation and operating model uplift.

You will bring:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within superannuation and advice is highly regarded
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements elicitation, process mapping, workshop facilitation and documentation.
- Experience working across Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with a customer-focused mindset.
- The ability to adapt quickly and work across multiple client environments.
- Consulting experience, or a desire to build a consulting career, will be highly regarded.
