Senior Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

Location: Melbourne, VIC

Contract: Initial 2 months | Potential extension

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst for an initial 2-month contract to support a digital transformation program with a growing, purpose-driven organisation.

Working alongside a Salesforce Architect, Project Manager and Consulting CIO, you will play a key role in defining requirements, improving business processes and establishing the foundations for a broader transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and prioritise business requirements.
- Map business processes, workflows and customer journeys.
- Support website redesign and digital customer experience initiatives.
- Contribute to Salesforce CRM redesign and optimisation.
- Identify business reporting and process improvement opportunities.
- Work with business and technical teams to support solution design.
- Develop and prioritise the delivery backlog and implementation roadmap.

About You





- Proven experience as a Business Analyst across digital transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, business process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.
- A practical, consultative approach with robust organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Salesforce experience is highly regarded, particularly across customer engagement, fundraising, case management or reporting.

The Opportunity This is an opportunity to contribute to the early stages of a significant transformation program. The initial engagement is for 2 months, with potential for further involvement as the program progresses into implementation in 2027.
