Role Description The Business Systems and Change Analyst is a full-time role based in the Greater Sydney Area with a hybrid work arrangement, combining office presence with some work from home. This role focuses on analyzing existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the design and implementation of system and process changes across the firm. The analyst will gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and partner with stakeholders to ensure changes are understood, tested, and adopted.

Typical tasks include mapping workflows, performing data and impact analysis, preparing change and training materials, and supporting change governance activities.



The role also involves collaborating with technology partners, monitoring post-implementation performance, and continuously refining solutions to enhance efficiency, client experience, and risk management.

Qualifications

- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation of workflows and use cases.
- Experience with change management practices, such as stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, communication planning, and training support.
- Solid understanding of business systems and data, including working with system configuration, reporting, and testing (UAT) to validate changes.
- Background in financial services, wealth management, or related professional services environments is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to wide-ranging audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to planning and execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, build relationships across teams, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
