Aligned Growth Co is looking to connect with experienced professionals who are interested in building an independent business within the personal development and leadership education sector.

We work alongside an established international organisation providing online personal development and leadership programs, virtual education, live events and practical resources designed around personal and professional growth.

This is a remote, self-employment opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position.

It is best suited to someone who has already developed substantial skilled, management, business, sales, marketing, recruitment, education or client-facing experience and is ready to take greater responsibility for their own results.

This is not an entry-level opportunity.

What you would be doing

- Responding to people who have requested further information
- Conducting brief phone or Zoom conversations using an established process
- Following up with interested people and guiding them through the information process
- Learning and implementing online marketing strategies to generate enquiries
- Using established digital systems and business tools
- Managing your own daily communication, follow-up and workflow
- Participating in ongoing personal development, business and leadership training
- Continuing to develop your skills across communication, marketing and business development

Who this suits

You will probably feel at home here if you:





- Have at least five years of professional or business experience
- Enjoy speaking with people and building genuine professional relationships
- Are confident communicating by phone and Zoom
- Have strong written and spoken English
- Are self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently

Experience in business ownership, management, sales, business development, recruitment, marketing, education or customer and client engagement is highly regarded.
