Urblo is an cutting-edge, design-led stone solutions company based in Melbourne, specialising in streetscape and civic landscape projects. We work closely with landscape architects and designers — from early design conversations through to material supply, delivery and installation. We’re a small, fast-moving team in a period of rapid growth, where every role has a direct impact on the outcome.

What you’ll be doing





•Joining the founder on visits to landscape architects and design studios, sitting in on presentations, and learning how to hold a professional conversation with designers

•Managing delivery on confirmed orders — tracking timelines from purchase order through to arrival and installation, and flagging issues early

•Maintaining ongoing relationships with contractor clients: following up on project progress, gathering feedback and reviews

•Keeping our CRM (Pipedrive) up to date, and working with our internal tools and processes, including AI-assisted systems designed to cut down repetitive admin

What we’re looking for

•A fast learner who’s comfortable picking up a new industry — no stone or construction background required

•Highly organised with strong attention to detail, and comfortable juggling several projects and deadlines at once

•Confident, clear communicator, written and verbal — you’ll be in rooms with designers and contractors, and you’ll need to hold your own

•Curious about AI and automation tools, with some practical familiarity

•Comfortable with everyday software — spreadsheets, presentations, email.



We use Pipedrive as our CRM; prior experience is a plus, but you’ll only need to use it, not set it up

•Early in your career and genuinely keen to grow with the business

•A background in landscape architecture or architecture is a bonus, not a requirement. If you’ve studied or worked in design and are looking for a path beyond drafting — one where your design literacy becomes a genuine commercial advantage — this role is built for exactly that.

•Any exposure to business development, sales coordination or account management in a B2B or design-focused industry is also welcome, but not essential

•Prior experience in stone or construction supply

•Technical drawing skills — product training is provided

Hours & location

•Part time, 3 days per week (approx. 22.8 hours), with flexible days by arrangement

•Based at Waterman Chadstone, with regular travel across Melbourne

Remuneration & growth

•Competitive salary based on experience, plus super

•Opportunity to move to full-time within 12 months, based on business growth and performance

•Beyond year one: as you build the confidence to develop your own designer relationships, you’ll move onto an incentive plan — commission on specifications that convert to orders from the studios in your portfolio. For the right person, this is where the earning potential opens up significantly.
