Established for more than 20 years, the business specialises in commercial office fit-outs and private landlord works across Sydney, delivering projects up to $10 million. It has a strong base of repeat clients, trusted industry relationships and a reputation for delivering well and looking after its subcontractors.

The foundations are already there. They now need the right person to help open new doors, strengthen market relationships and drive the next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

Working directly with the Director, you’ll have genuine autonomy to shape the role and run your own race.

There is no red tape, no large internal hierarchy and no expectation that you fit into a rigid corporate mould. You’ll be trusted to build relationships, identify opportunities and create a strong pipeline of work across the Sydney commercial property and office fit-out market.

You may be

- An established BDM with strong relationships across commercial property, workplace or fit-out.
- A tenant representative or commercial leasing professional looking to move into the contractor side.




- An ambitious salesperson with a few years of experience, a genuine hunter mentality and the confidence to create opportunities from scratch.
- A more senior operator who can bring an established network and take ownership of the growth strategy.
