THE ROLE

- Generate leads via cold calling, networking & outreach
- Convert prospects into signed managements
- Build strong referral partner relationships
- Conduct rental appraisals & advise landlords




- Represent the agency at events & meetups
- New business leasing
- Keep CRM updated with leads & activity

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE

- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Valid QLD Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle
- 2 years’ experience as a Real Estate BDM
- Driven by growth and success
