To lead our 2027 expansion, we are hiring a senior Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Manager to work directly alongside our Executive and Operations leadership.

If you are a top-tier commercial operator who is tired of corporate red tape and wants to be rewarded directly for the partnerships and tenders you bring to the table, let’s talk.

Who This Is For:

- You already hold trusted relationships with CEOs, COOs, Procurement Heads, and Operations Directors across NSW Aged Care, Local Health Districts, Allied Health, or Hospital networks.
- You know how to navigate health service procurement, write and pitch winning tender responses, and structure commercial workforce agreements that stick.




- You want a clean January 2027 start with a competitive base, responsible performance incentives, and statewide travel support.

Who This Is NOT For:

- General B2C salespeople, junior account coordinators, or applicants without an established NSW healthcare/aged care network.

- Start Date: January 2027 (Permanent Full-Time)
- Base: Sydney, with regular travel across regional and rural NSW (NSW Driver’s Licence essential)
