New role: Business Development Manager

Brisbane, Hybrid (flexible) | $90–120k base commission (depending on experience)

I'm working on a new BDM role with a boutique technology solutions business in Brisbane, looking for someone who can open doors, build relationships and help grow the business.

With AI changing the tech landscape pretty quickly, they're looking for someone who knows how to find opportunities, think outside the box and turn conversations into new business.

It's a full lifecycle BD role, so if you're someone who enjoys the hunt, getting in front of people and building relationships from scratch, this could be a valuable one ?

What you'll do





> Find new opportunities and generate your own leads

> Managing the full sales process from that first conversation through to closing

> Getting to know decision-makers, understanding their challenges and figuring out where the business can help

What you'll need

> 3 years in BD, ideally across tech, IT services or technology solutions

> Someone with a hunter mentality who knows how to generate their own opportunities

> Confident picking up the phone, starting conversations and getting in front of people

> Commercially minded, curious about technology
