Description

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial & critical infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Profile A successful Business Development Manager should have:





- Proven experience in sales or business development within the safet/ppe/construction industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of the safety & PPE market and its trends.
- A valid driver's licence to utilise the company car provided.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.

Job Offer

- Competitive salary package between $125,000 and $140,000 AUD.
