About the Role

As the Business Development Manager - Mining, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional growth strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building long-term partnerships with key mining clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies for the mining portfolio.
- Identify,



evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to support sustainable growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging industry developments.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA or postgraduate business qualification highly regarded.
- 10 - 15 years of progressive experience within the mining industry.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a similar commercial role.
- Demonstrated experience in the mining subsurface domain and the ability to identify and convert customer needs into business opportunities.
- Deep understanding of regional mining markets, industry stakeholders, competitors, and pricing models.
- Established industry network with the ability to leverage relationships to create new revenue opportunities.
